A single trailer solves multiple challenges in field crop protection

Drones are becoming increasingly common in large-scale agricultural crop protection operations. However, once in the field, many customers discover that the drone itself is not the biggest challenge. The real issues lie elsewhere: Where does the electricity come from? Where is the water for operations sourced? How can the chemical solution be mixed quickly? How can downtime be minimized when multiple drones are operating continuously? What happens when there is no stable power supply in the field? How is the equipment transported between different work sites? How can operations continue at night or in low-light conditions?

Unless these issues are resolved, the operational efficiency of the drones cannot be fully realized.

Therefore, what we are delivering here is not merely a simple agricultural trailer, but a comprehensive mobile agricultural operations platform.

From "Single Piece of Equipment" to "Comprehensive Solution"

To meet the practical needs of field operations, we have integrated multiple functions onto a single four-wheeled trailer.

The complete system comprises a stationary, silent diesel generator set, a fresh water tank, a chemical mixing tank, a water pump and comprehensive piping, electronic control and operation management systems, a dedicated space for drone operation and parking, and loading/unloading ramps.

Customers simply need to tow the platform to the work site to establish a self-contained, mobile crop protection station.

This represents the greatest value of our project:We are not merely providing a piece of equipment; we are connecting the various stages of the customer's field operations into a unified workflow.

Pain Point 1: Lack of a stable power supply in the fields

Agricultural work sites are often located far from urban areas and the fixed power grid. Relying on the local grid not only imposes geographical limitations but also risks disrupting operations due to voltage instability, power outages, or temporary construction work. To address this, we have equipped the system with a stationary, silent diesel generator set. The generator features a fully enclosed housing that reduces operating noise and provides protection for internal components, making it ideally suited for outdoor agricultural environments.

Pain Point 2: Low Efficiency in Water Refilling and Chemical Mixing for Drones

Once drones begin high-frequency operations, the processes of refilling water and mixing chemicals often become critical bottlenecks affecting overall efficiency.

With traditional methods—water sourcing, transport, chemical mixing, stirring, tank filling, and repeating the water sourcing step—manual intervention is required at every stage. The larger the operational area, the more pronounced the downtime becomes.

Therefore, we have integrated the water tanks and connected them via pumps and piping. The primary goal of this design is not to make the equipment appear more complex, but rather to minimize manual handling and boost the efficiency of drone replenishment.

Especially when operating over vast farmlands, eliminating even a single instance of manual handling or waiting translates into tangible gains in operational efficiency over the long run.

Pain Point 3: Constantly Changing Operational Areas

A key characteristic of agricultural crop protection is that operational sites are not fixed.

Work might take place at Farm A today, while a move to Farm B is required tomorrow. Fixed equipment installations struggle to adapt to this workflow. Consequently, we utilize trailers; the equipment, water storage, power systems, and operational platform are all integrated onto a single mobile unit. Compared to setting up a complete system at every location, this approach significantly reduces on-site preparation time.

Pain Point 4: Inconvenient transport of drones and materials

Drone operations require more than just the aircraft itself; the site also necessitates the transport of batteries, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies.

Therefore, instead of dedicating the entire trailer space to fixed equipment installation, we reserved a flat area at the rear for operations and storage, and included a loading ramp.

This allows drones to be driven directly onto and off the trailer via the ramp and makes loading and unloading equipment much more convenient for the crew.

This transforms the trailer from a mere "transport vehicle" into a genuine mobile operations platform.

Pain Point 5: Challenging Outdoor Environments

Agricultural sites are not standardized factory floors. Factors such as mud, dust, rain, sunlight, high temperatures, and rugged terrain place greater demands on the equipment. Consequently, the design of this solution prioritizes the trailer structure to ensure superior load-bearing capacity and stability. For customers requiring frequent access to farmlands, orchards, and unpaved roads, chassis reliability is a critical component of the entire project.

Our true strength lies beyond just the generator.

Many suppliers offer generators, trailers, or individual components like water pumps, tanks, and chemical mixing equipment.

However, what customers truly need is a solution that integrates these components into a system capable of performing reliably in real-world field conditions. This integration is the core strength of our project.

This shipment marks just the beginning of the project.

A system truly suited for agricultural crop protection shouldn't simply aim for "more equipment."

What matters most is minimizing the need for water handling, reducing wait times, and cutting down on operational stoppages—ultimately enabling drones to operate continuously.

This was the guiding principle behind the design of our mobile agricultural platform.

From the diesel generator and water storage system to chemical mixing, water supply, drone loading/unloading, and the mobile operational platform, our goal remains the same: upgrading agricultural crop protection from isolated equipment usage to a comprehensive, mobile operational system.

Equipment is only part of the solution.

The real value is making the whole operation work.

This system has completed production and is currently being shipped to the customer's site.

For us, every shipment represents not just a sale, but a validation of the system in a real-world application.
